3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) ah44 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held in duplicate accounts.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functional email address. You are obligated to update your registration details promptly if any information changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ah44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact ah44 support immediately.
3.4 Account registration, maintenance, and use must comply with all applicable Philippine laws, including Republic Act No. 9287 (Anti-Illegal Numbers Game Law), the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, and all PAGCOR regulations.
4.1 As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ah44 is legally obligated to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and at such other times as required by law or regulation. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
4.2 Acceptable identity documents for KYC include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, SSS Card, UMID, Philippine Passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License, and PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID.
4.3 ah44 may request additional supporting documents, including proof of address or proof of payment method, as required by PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations.
4.4 Submitting fraudulent, altered, or false identity documents is a criminal offense under Philippine law and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities.
5.1 Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the ah44 platform, which include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods are subject to change.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) for e-wallet methods. Higher minimums may apply for certain bank transfer channels. The maximum deposit limits are stated within the Cashier section and may vary based on your account verification level.
5.3 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or receiving funds deposited by a third party, is prohibited. ah44 may withhold or return funds identified as third-party deposits.
5.4 ah44 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a deposit transaction are the responsibility of the depositing player.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as your ah44 account. ah44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are stated within the Cashier section and are subject to your account verification tier.
6.4 Withdrawals requested before the daily processing cutoff will be processed within the same business day. ah44 targets same-day GCash and Maya withdrawals but does not guarantee processing times in cases of technical issues, compliance holds, or bank processing delays outside of ah44's control.
6.5 ah44 may delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account security compromise, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, ah44 will notify the player and may request additional documentation.
7.1 ah44 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposits, time limits, and maximum cashout limits, which are stated at the time of issue.
7.2 Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be converted to real-money Balance eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
7.3 The following bonus abuse practices are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension:

8.1 Each game available on ah44 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
8.2 All games on ah44 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and approved for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are disclosed within each game's information panel.
8.3 In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or game interruption that affects the outcome of a game, ah44 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and refund the wager amount to the player's Balance. No winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game shall be paid.
8.4 Bets placed after the declared close of betting on any market (sports, live games, sabong) are void. ah44 reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of an obvious error in odds or pricing.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ah44 and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
10.1 ah44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable evidence of breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, fraud, or regulatory requirement.
10.2 Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), ah44 may withhold the Balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or violation of Philippine law, ah44 may report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities and retain funds as required by law.
10.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ah44 support. Remaining Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment account within a reasonable processing period.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ah44 platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ah44 content without express written permission.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including without limitation loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13.2 ah44's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of the player's Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ah44's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 ah44 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at ah44.one/privacy-policy.
14.2 By registering on ah44, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and communication as described in our Privacy Policy.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute arising from your use of ah44, you should first contact our customer support team, which is available 24/7. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support team, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be final and binding on ah44.
15.4 For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.1 ah44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
16.2 Your continued use of ah44 following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your Balance before the effective date of the change.
