ah44 is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Registration requires age verification, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all associated data deleted, except where retention is required by law.

11.1 ah44's primary data processing infrastructure is located within or serves the Philippines. However, certain technology service providers, game studios, or cloud infrastructure components may involve the transfer of personal data outside the Philippines.

11.2 Where personal data is transferred to recipients outside the Philippines, ah44 ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual data transfer agreements that require recipient organizations to provide a level of protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

11.3 Such transfers are conducted only where necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Policy and where the recipient has provided satisfactory commitments regarding data protection.

12.1 ah44 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or the services we provide. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
